We never accept commissions from vendors or developers. When we recommend a property, or tell you to walk away, it is because it's the right decision for you, not us.

We operate under Corp Licence 20561165. This means we are regulated, accountable and required to meet defined professional obligations.

Every property we put forward is assessed using real data across the region, suburb, street and property. Our recommendations are grounded in evidence, not sales pressure or guesswork.

Before you sign anything, you receive two complimentary 45-minute sessions. These include a strategy session and a plain-English review of the Buyer's Agency Agreement. No jargon, no surprises.

We work with a limited number of clients at a time so each client receives proper attention. You deal directly with our experienced Buyers Agent throughout the process, not with a rotating team or a file number.

Most Buyers agents finish the day the property settles. We stay on, helping you find the right property manager and tenant, because settlement is a stepping stone, not the finish line.
